These terms cover how we take wholesale and OEM/ODM orders at EyeView Sunglasses. They are written for business buyers — brands, retailers and distributors. Every order is confirmed in writing; where a signed quotation differs from this page, the quotation wins.

1. Minimum order quantity

Standard MOQ is 50–100 pairs per style and colour, depending on the frame and whether the design is one of our existing moulds. Custom OEM tooling carries a higher MOQ because the mould has to be cut and amortised across the run — we quote this per project.

2. Sampling

We send physical samples before any bulk run. Stock samples ship in 3–5 business days; custom samples take longer depending on tooling. Sample cost is quoted case by case and is normally credited against a bulk order of sufficient size.

3. Payment terms

Our standard terms are a deposit to start production with the balance due before shipment, or against documents for established clients. We accept bank transfer (T/T). Specific terms are stated on your proforma invoice. We do not start production without the agreed deposit.

4. Production & lead time

Bulk production typically runs 15–25 days after sample approval, longer for complex custom programmes. Lead times are estimates given in good faith and confirmed at order stage; they are counted from the date we have both the approved sample and the deposit.

5. Quality & inspection

Every batch passes our in-house inspection — lens check, UV400 verification, hinge and frame alignment, and a full visual pass. Third-party inspection (e.g. SGS, BV) can be arranged on request at the buyer's cost.

6. Shipping & risk

We ship FOB by default and can quote DDP where required. Risk passes according to the Incoterms stated on your invoice. We handle export documentation and will support your customs broker.

7. Defects & returns

If goods arrive with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of delivery with photos and the affected quantity. Verified manufacturing defects are made good by replacement or credit, at our choice. We do not accept returns for buyer-approved samples, buyer-supplied designs, changes of mind, or goods damaged in transit (which is a carrier matter covered by your freight terms). Normal variation in colour or finish within industry tolerance is not a defect.

8. Intellectual property

You confirm you own or are licensed to use any design, logo or artwork you send us, and you grant us permission to use it only to produce your order. We do not resell your custom designs to other clients.
