EyeView Sunglasses ("EyeView", "we", "us") is a wholesale sunglasses manufacturer. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us for a quote, request samples, or place an OEM/ODM order, and how we handle it. We keep it plain — this is a business-to-business site, not a consumer shop.

1. What we collect

When you submit our quote form, email us, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to provide: your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, target market, product requirements and any files (logos, artwork, specs) you attach. We also receive standard technical data from your visit — browser type, approximate region and pages viewed — through Google Analytics.

2. Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation, sample plan or production schedule
To communicate about an order, shipment or after-sales matter
To improve our site and understand which products buyers look for
To keep records required for export, customs and quality compliance

3. What we don't do

We do not sell, rent or trade your business information. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for. We do not share your designs or artwork with anyone outside the production chain required to fulfil your order.

4. Who may see it

Your details may be handled by our sales and production staff, and by the service providers we use to run the site and email — specifically Google Analytics (traffic measurement) and FormSubmit (form delivery). These providers process data on our behalf under their own standard terms. Where we must disclose information to a freight forwarder or customs broker to ship your order, we share only what is needed for that shipment.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while your account or project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can serve repeat orders. Order and shipping records are kept as long as export and tax rules require.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the business contact details we hold, or to stop contacting you, by writing to sales@eyeviewsunglasses.com. If you are in the EU/UK, you may also have rights to access, port or restrict our use of your data; we will honour reasonable requests in line with applicable law.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies to distinguish visitors. We do not run advertising or remarketing on this site.
